The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) is the only association with a nationally recognized certification program for recruiting professionals. NAPS was the first trade association established to represent the personnel and staffing industry and has been in existence since 1961.

Certification ensures knowledgeable, experienced recruiters and staffing professionals that meld the right candidate with the right company – and that should be important to you.
